What is a Portrait Party? It is a fun way to earn free professional portraits. No need to go to the studio or stand in long lines at the malls for portraits anymore! I will come to your home or location and spend a mini session with your invited guests. There will be NO SITTING FEE’S for you or your guests! As the hostess you will earn 15% of every sale towards your portrait session.
How does the party work? A minimum of 8 sessions (including the hostess) is required to book a portrait party. Each session will last approximately 15 minutes. The hostess sets up the sessions before the party date. Sessions must be booked back to back.
How do I order portraits? Guests will view and order their portraits at the party. You must pay for your order when it is placed. In approximately 14 days from order date the portraits will be available for the hostess to pick up and deliver to their guests.
How much do packages cost? Click on the Portrait Page and see all the packages and sheets. Click on the catalog page for other items.
What are the Hostess responsibilities? Most importantly provide a large space for the photographer to set up for the portrait sessions. Send invitations to all the guests. Schedule 15 minutes session times back to back. Entertain your guests with fun and refreshments. Notify the photographer prior to the party with guest and session information. Last pick up and deliver the portraits to your guests and enjoy your portraits. (May set up studio appointments throughout a day and the party in the evening for fun and refreshments as a special thank you)!
What are the Hostess rewards? The hostess will earn 15% of all the party sales to be used toward their portrait purchases. Book a party and earn an additional portrait sheet on your next portrait sitting when the booked party is fulfilled.
